4. The Australian wealth management company AMP has received a buyout offer from US based Ares Management for around $4.5 billion.

5. All of our lockdown mood-boarding seems to have done some good for Pinterest, with American stock pickers, such as Justin Post of Bank America, expecting the company stock to jump from US$58 to US$72, after a 58% year-over-year gain.
