Over $350 million to be invested in women’s health

Marriage certificates in England and Wales now includes mothers’ names

Considered the biggest change to the marriage registration system since 1837, marriage certificates in England and Wales now include the names of both parents, instead of only their fathers. The change is a part of the new digital system that aims to modernise, simplify, and speed up the marriage registration process.
